Some bug I faced with and couldn’t find any good stuff about:

You try to browse your alerts in the Operations Console and you get 404 error page on the Alert Detail View pane. It wont help if you will reopen the Console, still.. it wont show the details.

The resolution is to clean all your temp files from the IE “internet options”  (Tools -> Internet Options) and restarting the Console.
